If the adolescents are minors, logically the parents are responsible for their care and their actions to the extent possible. Putting on makeup, wearing mini skirts, wearing necklines, showing their body in order to persuade or attract attention from everyone around them, which is wrong and many parents see this as normal.
I believe that the main solution for this behavior is to make children and teenagers aware of how they dress and how other people would see them.
